Hart Thorson joined Sound In Motion in the Fall of 2005 when he was asked to be one of the resident Dj's for a weekly event called Remedy. Remedy was held every Wednesday at Escape Ultra Lounge in Block E. After showing just how hard he could work to keep a night like this going he was asked along with Jesse Andler to start another dance night for the crew.

June of 2005 was the birth of the new Sound In Motion dance night, Spectrum. It was held every Saturday night at club Euphoria with a focus on showing the best local talent that the Twin Cities had to offer. "Three rooms all night long week in and week out is an adventure. It really put us to work for our first night to run, book, and manage."

Throughout Hart's time at Sound In Motion he has been busy, that's for sure. Working his way through ranks to be one of the leaders in this high profile group has been one of his goals since moving to the Twin Cities just four years ago. After opening events and opening for some of the biggest Dj's in the world and still working on the Twin Cities Evolution events, Hart Thorson has become a name to know in the Twin Cities.

With his signature floor pounding style, Hart continues to rock for the city and the group that he cares alot about. "I love where I am at right now and I am excited to see myself and us as company grow more and more."
